Influencer Marketing Assistant (m/w/d)

Position Overview

We seek a meticulous and dependable Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team. This role demands unwavering accuracy in managing influencer orders, timely briefing dispatch, and precise invoice handling to ensure smooth collaboration with a large network of influencers and creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate influencer orders and ensure prompt submission to the logistics center
• Verify completeness and correctness of product details so creators receive their shoes on time
• Distribute influencer briefings, promotional codes, and essential information adhering to deadlines
• Process and audit invoices, ensuring their correct filing and forwarding
• Maintain a vigilant overview of deadlines, orders, shipment statuses, and outstanding tasks
• Accurately update creator and partnership data within internal systems
• Assist with administrative activities related to contracts, documentation, and creator onboarding
• Collaborate closely with teams from Influencer Marketing, Logistics, and Accounting
• Handle additional operational and administrative tasks arising in daily influencer team activities

Candidate Profile

• Exhibition of extreme precision and carefulness in daily work is paramount
• High personal standards and preference for thorough checking before submission
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent task completion
• Ability to maintain concentration and overview when performing repetitive duties
• Proficient in meeting deadlines, organized with lists, tasks, and processes
• Completed commercial training (e.g., office management) preferred but not mandatory
• Experience from internships or around one year of professional office work is advantageous
• Comfortable using digital tools, especially Excel or Google Sheets
• Professional and courteous communication with creators and internal stakeholders
• Interest in Instagram, TikTok, and influencer marketing is beneficial but not mandatory
• Fluency in German and good command of English required
• Willing and able to work on-site in the office environment
• Available for immediate start or shortly thereafter
