Overview
TalentPop App is seeking a highly organized Influencer Campaign Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of numerous influencer marketing initiatives. This role is key to driving performance and success for our e-commerce partners and the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and key performance indicators.
- Identify and connect with influencers who align well with the target audience to enhance campaign impact.
- Maintain strong working relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Oversee campaign schedules, content creation timelines, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Evaluate influencer-produced content to confirm brand consistency and message accuracy.
- Analyze performance data using various analytics tools and create detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with social media and paid marketing teams to ensure campaigns have unified synergy and impact.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year proven experience in influencer marketing and broad campaign management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and audience engagement best practices.
- Strong analytical aptitude to assess and interpret campaign performance metrics.
- A creative mindset with a strong passion for innovation in brand promotion.
Technical Requirements
Applicants must own a personal computer or laptop with at least Intel i5 processor and 8GB RAM and maintain a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
