Role Summary
The company requires a skilled Industrial Cleaning Operative to become part of their expanding team on a full-time basis. This role involves performing various industrial and specialist cleaning tasks to a high standard, with a strong emphasis on safety regulations and quality outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute industrial and specialist cleaning duties maintaining high quality
- Conduct power washing and comprehensive deep cleaning activities
- Perform professional window cleaning using Reach & Wash technique
- Handle carpet cleaning and specialist floor maintenance
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment correctly and safely
- Undertake specialist cleaning operations across commercial and industrial sites
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules, company guidelines, and client instructions
- Ensure safe usage of all cleaning tools and chemical products
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and overall presentation standards
- Comply strictly with health and safety regulations at all times
- Report any faults, damages, or issues to supervisory staff promptly
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and operational demands
Candidate Requirements
- Previous proven experience in industrial or specialist cleaning roles
- Competency in power washing techniques
- Skilled in professional window cleaning including Reach & Wash
- Experience with carpet and specialty floor cleaning tasks
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning machinery operation
- Capability to perform deep and specialized cleaning activities effectively
- Ability to work safely within diverse commercial and industrial settings
- Possession of a full clean driving licence is mandatory
- Qualifications in Manual Handling and Safe Pass highly preferred
- MEWP certification or practical experience considered a strong benefit
- Additional related industry certifications are advantageous
- Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Strong focus on details and quality results
- Adaptable and flexible with scheduling and workload
- Must hold legal authorization to work in Ireland
