About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee comprehensive human resources functions and collaborate strategically with the organization. The successful candidate will enhance HR policies, programs, and practices to support organizational goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the processes of talent acquisition including hiring, interviewing, and employee onboarding.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, manage grievances, and promote a positive workplace environment.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and organize staff training initiatives.
• Supervise compensation activities like payroll processing, health benefits, and employee reward programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies.

Qualifications

• Degree at the bachelor's level or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years’ human resources experience within five-star hotel environments.
• Proven success in recruitment and enhancing talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience in delivering training to managers and staff.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail along with sound judgment.
