About the Role
Join the Office of Human Factors & Ergonomics (OHFE) at a prominent Singapore healthcare institution to enhance patient safety, improve healthcare quality, and enrich the staff experience. This unique position places you in a multidisciplinary environment collaborating closely with clinicians, administrators, researchers, and industry partners to implement impactful system-wide improvements. You will have the opportunity to spearhead innovative initiatives in healthcare transformation and advance human factors practices in the medical field.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply human factors principles and patient safety strategies to healthcare systems.
- Conduct research, perform data analytics, and contribute to capability development.
- Communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders with strong organizational skills.
- Pay close attention to detail and maintain meticulous work standards.
- Collaborate well within teams and also demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of relevant experience in areas such as human factors, usability, healthcare improvement, design research, user experience, or patient safety.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in Human Factors & Ergonomics or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
