Key Responsibilities

• Apply human factors principles and patient safety strategies to healthcare systems.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in areas such as human factors, usability, healthcare improvement, design research, user experience, or patient safety.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in Human Factors & Ergonomics or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
