Role Overview
We are seeking a HR Payroll Consultant (m/w/d) to support clients in Business Process Solutions within HR Payroll. The role involves both onsite and remote advisory services focusing on professional, digital, procedural, and operational aspects.
Locations
This position can be based at several German locations including Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig, Mannheim, Munich, Nuremberg, and Stuttgart.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experts to analyze current HR processes and design effective solutions for smoother workflows.
- Engage in diverse tasks ranging from managing payroll for employees in Germany and internationally to projects related to personnel administration under CFO oversight.
- Provide hands-on support to clients with payroll accounting and wage tax matters, acting as a bridge between finance and payroll accounting.
- Work agilely within teams composed of colleagues from various departments and locations or directly with international clients onsite.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in economics or a completed vocational training with relevant further education.
- Preferably initial practical experience through internships or working student roles.
- Interest in payroll tax and social security law with a solid understanding of business processes.
- Strong numerical skills, proficiency in MS Office, enthusiasm for challenging projects in international teams, quick learning ability, and high commitment.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
