Job description
Position Overview
Join the Liquid Technical Services team at our Campbellfield site as a full-time HR Truck Driver. This permanent role involves servicing multiple customer locations by collecting liquid waste in rigid tanker trucks and delivering it safely to our recycling plant. You'll operate a modern, safe fleet while adhering to company procedures and maintaining accurate records.
Work Conditions and Compensation
- Permanent full-time position based in Campbellfield, Victoria
- Initial training includes early morning starts (6 weeks), transitioning to flexible start times thereafter
- Competitive wage at $35.84 per hour with up to 12-hour shifts and paid overtime
- Monthly performance bonuses awarded
- Provided uniforms, induction programs, and training
Candidate Profile
- Availability for early morning shifts between midnight and 6 am during training
- Flexible starting hours after training completion
- Possession of a minimum HR Licence with clean driving history
- Strong commitment to Zero Harm safety principles
- Dependable, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
- No prior waste industry experience necessary
