Position Overview

Join the Liquid Technical Services team at our Campbellfield site as a full-time HR Truck Driver. This permanent role involves servicing multiple customer locations by collecting liquid waste in rigid tanker trucks and delivering it safely to our recycling plant. You'll operate a modern, safe fleet while adhering to company procedures and maintaining accurate records.

Work Conditions and Compensation

• Permanent full-time position based in Campbellfield, Victoria
• Initial training includes early morning starts (6 weeks), transitioning to flexible start times thereafter
• Competitive wage at $35.84 per hour with up to 12-hour shifts and paid overtime
• Monthly performance bonuses awarded
• Provided uniforms, induction programs, and training

Candidate Profile

• Availability for early morning shifts between midnight and 6 am during training
• Flexible starting hours after training completion
• Possession of a minimum HR Licence with clean driving history
• Strong commitment to Zero Harm safety principles
• Dependable, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
• No prior waste industry experience necessary
