Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to handle various human resource functions from recruitment to employee management. The role involves end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining accurate employee documentation, and overseeing HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
• Maintain detailed records of employees, including attendance, leave balances, and related HR paperwork.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and the enforcement of HR policies.
• Manage induction procedures, training coordination, and smooth exit protocols.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and government regulations.
• Address employee concerns promptly and assist with daily HR operations.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 26,000 INR.
