Overview

Seeking dedicated Housekeeping Staff to join the housekeeping department at Epic Hotels, Jamshedpur. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms and hotel common areas to ensure an excellent hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and shared spaces.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies consistently.
• Prepare rooms to be fully clean and guest-ready prior to check-in.
• Uphold superior standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout hotel premises.
• Report any maintenance concerns, damages, lost and found items, or inventory shortages promptly.
• Operate and handle cleaning tools and hotel property with care.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Adhere strictly to hotel safety protocols, grooming standards, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding room status and cleaning priorities.
• Perform additional housekeeping tasks as directed by supervisors.
