Job Overview

Al Arabian Express is seeking a committed and diligent Housekeeping Staff member to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation within the restaurant premises. The role involves ensuring a pleasant and sanitary environment for guests and employees, adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines.

Primary Duties

• Maintain cleanliness in dining sections, kitchen support zones, washrooms, and shared areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing of floors, furniture, and surfaces.
• Handle waste disposal and ensure proper segregation of garbage.
• Replenish cleaning materials and restroom necessities as required.
• Guarantee hygiene standards before, during, and after operation hours.
• Inform supervisors promptly about maintenance concerns or equipment damage.
• Adhere consistently to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Assist with additional housekeeping tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is desirable.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and tools.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
• Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.

Compensation and Location

The position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, offering a monthly salary between 12000 and 15000 INR.
