Role Overview

Travel can be exciting, but many guests long for a comforting, home-like environment during their journeys. Our Housekeeping team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts plays a crucial role in creating this welcoming atmosphere. As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you will contribute directly to ensuring guests enjoy a clean, comfortable stay.

Work Schedule

This full-time position follows the 1st shift hours: Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas to uphold Crescent’s high standards.
• Support room attendants by stocking linen closets with supplies and amenities.
• Assist by delivering supplies directly to room attendants as needed.
• Empty carts used by room attendants containing soiled linens and trash.
• Remove spots and stains from corridor walls and doors, and polish mirrors, room number plates, and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
