Role Overview

The Housekeeping Associate will be tasked with upholding cleanliness and hygiene throughout various sections of the restaurant and guest areas, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean dining areas, lounges, restrooms, corridors, outdoor spaces, and back-of-house sections thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, floors, furniture, glass surfaces, fixtures, and décor.
• Adhere to daily schedules for opening, operating, and closing cleaning tasks.
• Ensure restrooms remain hygienic and guest amenities are replenished regularly.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Report promptly any maintenance issues, damages, spills, or safety hazards.
• Participate in scheduled deep cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen, and operations teams during service periods.
• Follow established standards for hygiene, grooming, safety, and waste management.
• Help maintain a tidy and comfortable atmosphere for guests and staff.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in hospitality housekeeping such as restaurants, hotels, resorts, or cafés is preferred, though motivated freshers are welcome.
• Physically capable and comfortable with working in shift rotations.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented personality.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and hygiene protocols is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
