Position Overview

Become a vital part of the housekeeping team at The Dean Neurological Centre, dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe environment for vulnerable individuals. Your role will involve thorough cleaning across various areas including wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor zones, ensuring exceptionally high hygiene standards in collaboration with the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhering to hospital security policies and procedures to ensure safety standards are upheld.
• Contributing actively to daily operations within the team with shared responsibilities.
• Practicing excellent telephone manners and professionally welcoming visitors.
• Building and sustaining positive relationships with colleagues, visitors, and service users.
• Promoting a constructive work atmosphere aligned with organizational values.
• Performing any additional relevant tasks assigned to support the role.
• Participating in mandatory annual training and statutory courses as required.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

• Prior experience cleaning in comparable healthcare or similar environments.
