Position Overview
We are looking for meticulous and client-oriented individuals to join us as Hotel Booking Specialists in a fully remote setting. This role involves assisting clients in researching and securing hotel accommodations, managing reservation details, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements. This entry-level position requires no prior travel experience, as comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training will be offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through researching and selecting hotels based on their travel preferences and requirements
- Handle coordination and confirm details of hotel bookings, including dates, room types, and guest information
- Address client questions regarding availability, pricing, and amenities of properties
- Verify booking information for accuracy and completeness
- Keep well-organized records of reservations and client communications
- Provide follow-up assistance to clients before their arrival and after their stay as necessary
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort with digital tools and online booking systems
