Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join our team in Welton, England. This role involves delivering groceries directly to customers, acting as the visible representative of our company and ensuring a high-quality service experience. This is a full-time, onsite position with an hourly rate of £13.71.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow correct procedures when loading the delivery van, including handling heavy lifting safely.
• Drive safely at all times, adhering to road safety regulations.
• Perform daily checks on the delivery vehicle to maintain its condition.
• Ensure grocery items arrive in excellent condition to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by being friendly and approachable.
• Provide assistance within the store as needed.
• Manage time effectively and work independently during shifts.
• Be flexible to operate on shifts that may vary between early morning (6am) and late evening (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer experience.
• Punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong knowledge and awareness of road safety practices.
