About the Role

Join H&M as a Sales Advisor where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and assisting them in selecting our products. Your knowledge of fashion and products will help provide customers with all the necessary information for a memorable shopping experience. You will also handle garment replenishment, care, presentation, and maintain a clean sales floor and stock area. Team collaboration is essential to create an excellent customer experience.

A Typical Day

Your day includes engaging with customers and supporting sales efforts to meet targets. You’ll promote the Customer Loyalty App and store sustainability initiatives while embodying the H&M brand positively. Keeping up with fashion trends and competitors, sharing knowledge with colleagues, adhering to store procedures, and participating in trainings will be part of your routine.

Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising

  • Manage the entire garment cycle from unpacking to display, including steaming and care.
  • Operate fitting rooms and checkout efficiently following established guidelines.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the sales floor and stockrooms.
  • Support and maintain attractive displays and clear trend presentations following visual standards.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels on the floor by replenishing products regularly.
  • Utilize in-store technology and services such as OMNI services, Click & Collect, and Smart Store applications.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations applicable to the role.
