Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine scalable, worldwide recruitment workflows that ensure quality hires at speed.
• Create and enforce efficient recruiting coordination systems to streamline operations.
• Detect and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring pipeline to boost efficiency and streamline consistency.
• Implement standardized operating schedules, service level agreements, and performance metrics for recruiting teams.
• Lead organizational change efforts to introduce new processes with adoption across all regions and functions.
• Construct comprehensive onboarding and training programs for recruiters and hiring managers to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Establish frameworks for effective structured interviews, quality evaluations, and uniform decision-making.
• Produce detailed hiring playbooks, training materials, and best practices to enhance interviewer and hiring manager capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to uphold superior candidate experiences and hiring standards.
• Define and monitor critical recruiting statistics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion ratios, and interviewer effectiveness.
• Translate recruitment data into actionable insights to drive team performance and strategic decisions.
• Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition teams on hiring forecasts, capacity planning, and performance evaluations.
• Develop comprehensive reporting tools to improve transparency and accountability in recruitment outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and business leaders to align hiring priorities with execution.
• Coordinate with IT partners to optimize recruiting tools and workflows without directly managing the systems.
• Bridge strategy with execution to ensure hiring goals deliver operational results.
• Build and manage a high-performing Recruiting Operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and constant improvement.
• Partner strategically with Talent Acquisition leadership on process enhancements and scaling the recruiting function.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Recruiting Operations or Talent Operations roles.
• Proven expertise in scaling recruitment processes and driving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with extensive use of recruiting metrics and performance management tools.
• Experience in designing enablement programs to improve recruiter and hiring manager effectiveness.
• Excellent at managing stakeholders and collaborating across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated capability in program and change management.
• Results-oriented with a practical, data-informed approach to execution.

Salary and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area ranges between $179,000 and $246,000 USD. For candidates in California excluding the Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington, the base salary ranges from $160,000 to $220,000 USD. Compensation also includes eligibility for equity, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, PTO, and parental leave as per company policies.
