About the Role

An expanding global advisory firm seeks a seasoned professional to establish and spearhead its operations in the Middle East, based in the UAE. This position focuses on combining leadership of senior client relationships and business growth with management of intricate projects involving disputes, investigations, litigation support, and other sensitive corporate matters.

Role Overview

The individual will collaborate closely with the global senior leadership team and over time, will develop and lead a dedicated local team. The firm already enjoys a robust client base and significant workload within the region.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are targeting senior lawyers or advisors with a well-established regional reputation, strong ties with corporate and institutional clients, and hands-on involvement in disputes, litigation, investigations, or closely related advisory services. This position is well suited for law firm Partners wishing to utilize their professional expertise, network, and commercial acumen in a wider advisory context outside traditional law practice.

Compensation and Additional Information

The base remuneration ranges approximately from $300,000 to $400,000 annually, complemented by bonuses and potential long-term incentives. Confidential inquiries and referrals are encouraged.
