About the Role

Join HIF Australia as the Head of Digital, leading the digital distribution and online member experience strategies for hif.com.au and healthhub.hif.com.au. This pivotal position is responsible for translating HIF's overall strategy into a comprehensive digital roadmap enhancing member journeys, digital marketing performance, eCommerce effectiveness, and delivering secure and accessible platforms aligned with commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HIF's digital strategy, roadmap, and budget aligned with business aims.
• Drive continuous enhancement and optimisation of HIF's website and eCommerce functionalities, ensuring seamless digital experiences for members and prospects.
• Utilise data insights to boost digital acquisition, conversion rates, lead generation, and overall commercial results.
• Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing team of three digital specialists promoting collaboration and capability building.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated leadership in digital strategy, eCommerce, or online member experience domains.
• Track record of developing and executing digital roadmaps that align with business growth and operational priorities.
• Strong commercial insight with proven results in enhancing digital acquisition, conversion, distribution, and performance metrics.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital experience platforms, content management systems, SEO (including AEO considerations), paid media, analytics, accessibility, and optimisation.
• Ability to blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution, complemented by excellent stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and business units.
• Experience managing both internal teams and external partners such as agencies, vendors, and technology providers.
• Background in regulated industries with awareness of privacy, security, and compliance standards is advantageous.
