Job Role: Hausmeister (Facility Maintenance)
Key Duties
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness within the warehouse area.
- Perform internal greenery care in the exhibition spaces.
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks across the company premises.
- Manage inventory transfers between internal warehouses using company vehicles (van size Sprinter).
- Assist warehouse staff by ensuring cleanliness and upkeep in storage areas.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants from diverse professional backgrounds (career changers) are encouraged to apply.
- Exhibit reliable work habits, precise execution, and careful handling of company goods.
- Demonstrate teamwork, dependability, and strong motivation.
- Possess physical stamina along with willingness to perform and learn.
- Have practical German language skills, sufficient for verbal and written communication (not necessarily flawless).
- Hold a valid Class B driving license; Class BE license is advantageous.
