Overview
The Guest Relations Agent ensures that every hotel guest receives a warm, professional, and memorable experience. Your role involves welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns, providing detailed information about the hotel's amenities and services, and maintaining overall guest satisfaction during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay to create positive first impressions.
- Establish and maintain respectful, personalized relationships with guests by offering attentive service.
- Efficiently manage guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Follow up on guest concerns to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Provide clear and accurate information about hotel facilities, dining options, and nearby attractions.
- Coordinate with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance to meet guest needs.
- Assist with arrangements for VIP guests and special arrivals.
- Monitor overall guest satisfaction and identify areas for enhancing the guest experience.
- Keep detailed records of guest requests, complaints, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support check-in and check-out processes as required.
- Ensure all interactions comply with hotel standards and procedures.
- Promote the hotel’s services, amenities, and special offers when suitable.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years experience in guest relations or a similar hospitality role.
- Prior work experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
- Possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID).
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hotel setting.
