About the Role
Starbucks invites passionate leaders to join as a Group Manager within our Menu Experience – Beverage division. This pivotal role leads a dynamic team of product managers steering the strategic trajectory of North America's beverage portfolio. The aim is to align product offerings with business goals, customer expectations, and partner experiences. Collaboration across Marketing, Product Development, Digital, and Operations teams is essential to deliver seasonal innovations and cultivate the product pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to synchronize seasonal beverage strategies with company priorities, customer demands, and operational capabilities.
- Identify seasonal product priorities by analyzing business performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Convert insights into innovative product concepts, platform opportunities, and category growth initiatives.
- Lead the lifecycle of product development including testing, refinement, and scaling to discover new customer occasions and stimulate growth.
- Oversee the complete execution process from concept creation through to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 6 to 10 years in brand management coupled with project leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing new or existing product strategies.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial forecasting, deep analytics, business case formulation, and managing profit and loss statements.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams for over 3 years.
- MBA degree is strongly preferred.

The final base salary will reflect multiple factors including relevant skills, experience, location, and equity considerations. Typically, new hires are not placed at the upper salary range end.
