About the Role
Agility Partners is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join a team supporting a Fortune 15 company in the greater Seattle area. This role focuses on crafting refined, customer-oriented templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks that enhance AI-powered productivity tools. The ideal candidate combines creative flair with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling and high-quality business communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create polished templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks ensuring uniformity, accessibility, and user-friendly design.
- Develop reusable layouts, design systems, and components consistent with established guidelines to support diverse customer use cases.
- Partner with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to transform creative briefs into finished, production-ready assets while integrating feedback effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to maintain precise formatting, visual coherence, usability, and compliance with technical standards, meeting project timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline along with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- A robust portfolio showcasing skills in producing presentations, templates, documents, workbooks, and other business materials (portfolio submission required).
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, especially in creating reusable templates and production-quality files.
- Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, composition, hierarchy, and storytelling through visuals.
- Familiarity with design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with some experience in AI-assisted design tools preferred.
- Exceptional detail orientation to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, best formatting practices, and consistency across large volumes of artifacts.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities combined with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and respond flexibly to evolving requirements, delivering top-quality results on time.
