Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a diverse portfolio showcasing marketing collateral creation across digital and print mediums, POP displays, look books, and original designs with a focus on prints and artwork for apparel lines influenced by lifestyle and sneaker culture. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience, specifically with apparel artwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design artwork for apparel efficiently and creatively.
- Support the creation of marketing materials for print, digital platforms, and point-of-purchase displays.
- Collaborate with the Art Director and creative teams on look books, catalogs, tech packs, and innovative underwear designs.
- Adapt and incorporate feedback from leadership effectively into design iterations.
- Prepare production-ready files adhering to project specifications.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines with organized attention to detail.
- Engage in all stages of the design development lifecycle including market research, mood boards, color palettes, sketches, and finished artwork.
- Create multiple seasonal colorways and patterns across various styles.
- Partner with Category VPs, merchandisers, and product development teams to realize product designs.
- Produce and modify original prints and artwork across diverse artistic mediums.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years' experience in graphic design with an emphasis on apparel.
- Artistic inspiration rooted in sneakerhead culture.
- Proficiency in preparing design files for both print and web production.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership throughout project lifecycles.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac-based design tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong multitasking capabilities and efficiency in deadline-driven environments.
- Experience in underwear design is a significant advantage.
