Graduate Officer – Strategy & Transformation - Emirati Talent

Job purpose

This role supports the Strategy & Transformation function in delivering priority initiatives, assisting with transformation projects, and helping the business improve performance, efficiency, and long-term growth.

What you will do

• Contribute to the rollout of strategy and transformation initiatives that align with the bank’s objectives and priorities.
• Carry out business analysis support such as collecting data, researching the market, and preparing presentations and reports.
• Monitor the advancement of strategic projects and transformation programs to help ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Work with teams across the organization on process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency efforts.
• Help prepare business cases, performance dashboards, and management reporting materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support communication for strategy and transformation activities.
• Assist in spotting improvement opportunities by reviewing business performance, customer feedback, and operational data.
• Maintain accurate records of strategies, transformation roadmaps, and project results.
• Support governance, compliance, and risk-related requirements for strategic initiatives.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, competitors, and current practices in strategy, transformation, and innovation.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with preference for Business Administration, Economics, Management, Business Analytics, or a similar area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with close attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Structured thinking, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn.
• Interest in organizational improvement, innovation, and strategic planning.
