Graduate Marketing & AI Content Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing & AI Content Executive to join our head office team in Normanton. This newly established position involves managing digital marketing efforts leveraging AI-driven content generation tools. You will work independently within a broader team environment supported by creative and leadership groups based in Normanton, Preston, and Manchester.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be familiar with marketing principles and enthusiastic about using AI platforms to rapidly create and deliver engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and company objectives. Duties include producing blogs, LinkedIn posts, website text, email marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials by utilising AI solutions followed by editing and publishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Jasper for content development.
• Create and edit various marketing communications across multiple channels.
• Ensure all published materials maintain brand consistency and meet marketing goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a degree with an emphasis on marketing subjects.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in AI content creation tools and content management systems such as WordPress.
• Foundational design or video editing skills.
• Strong writing, organisational abilities, and a creative proactive attitude.
• Capability to efficiently generate human-like and brand-appropriate content using AI technologies.
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, or content scheduling tools is advantageous.

Employment Details and Benefits

• Standard workweek of 35.75 hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm with early finish at 3 pm on Fridays.
• Annual salary between £26,000 and £28,000 at entry level.
