Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled paid advertising expert to lead and expand our ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. This role includes full responsibility for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, testing, and performance reporting.   • Strategize campaign structures, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding methods.
  • Track critical performance indicators including ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities to increase advertising spend without compromising profitability.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to plan and execute creative tests.
  • Experiment with different audiences, offers, landing pages, ad formats, copywriting, and creative ideas.
  • Analyze data derived from Meta, Google, Shopify, and other analytics tools to assess attribution.
  • Resolve issues related to tracking, product catalogs, feeds, and campaign delivery.
  • Keep updated with changes in advertising platforms and best paid media practices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns for ecommerce companies.
