Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and results-focused Google Ads Executive to design, implement, and enhance Google Ads campaigns aimed at acquiring high-quality student leads and boosting course enrollments. The candidate should be proficient in campaign management, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and oversee Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Execute keyword research and competitor analysis to discover new opportunities for growth.
- Create persuasive advertisements and continually refine campaign components.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust bids, budgets, and audience targeting to maximize returns.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Assess campaign outcomes and generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with design and content teams to enhance landing page effectiveness.
- Track key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Keep abreast of Google Ads policies, updates, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with Admissions and Marketing to increase lead quality and student acquisition.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years’ practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max ads.
- Experience utilizing GA4, GTM, and Google Keyword Planner tools.
- Competence in Excel or Google Sheets for analytical reporting.
- Google Ads Certification is desirable.
- Exposure to lead generation or education technology sectors is beneficial.
