Golf Operations Attendant / Caddy Attendant

Position overview

Dubai Golf is hiring for a Golf Operations Attendant / Caddy Attendant within the Golf Operations Department at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai. The role is focused on supporting daily golf operations, keeping all practice and operational areas in excellent condition, and helping members, guests, and visitors enjoy a premium golf experience.

The position requires someone who can contribute to smooth day-to-day service, maintain high presentation standards across the facility, and provide friendly, professional assistance that reflects the venue’s service expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the driving range, members’ range, short game area, and other practice spaces set up and maintained to a consistently high standard.
• Clean, prepare, and look after golf carts so they remain safe, tidy, and ready for use each day.
• Run the bag drop, bag storage, and cart return areas efficiently.
• Help members and guests load and unload golf bags.
• Allocate driving range bays and support guests using the practice facilities.
• Coordinate golf cart distribution so vehicles are used effectively.
• Greet every member and guest in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Maintain strong presentation standards throughout all golf operations areas.
• Work in line with Golf Operations standard operating procedures.
• Assist with tournaments, club events, corporate golf days, and member activities as needed.
• Handle equipment carefully and ensure it is stored safely and correctly.
• Escalate maintenance problems, damaged items, and safety risks without delay.
• Follow grooming and appearance standards expected by the company.
• Deliver service that supports the guest experience standards of Jumeirah Golf Estates.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Golf Operations Supervisor or management.

• Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying golf bags.
• Flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in golf operations, hospitality, leisure, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Positive mindset, good work ethic, and willingness to learn.
