Role Overview

Seeking a strategic leader to spearhead project delivery, enhance operational efficiency, ensure profitability, and foster business growth. This role involves overseeing multiple projects and managing cross-functional teams, with a core focus on industrial building projects, particularly factory and warehouse construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage PMO frameworks to streamline project control processes.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution efforts to meet timelines.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively across projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.
• Ensure operations comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Guarantee on-time delivery of projects, covering civil works, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting (MEPF) systems.

Candidate Profile

• Expertise in project management and controls, including scheduling and resource planning.
• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with industrial construction projects, especially factories and warehouses.
• Familiarity with PMO frameworks and operational compliance standards.
