Role Overview

As the FWG Warehouse Team Lead, you will oversee daily warehouse functions, ensuring strict inventory management, safety compliance, and optimal productivity. Your leadership will foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and efficient workflow processes. Reporting to senior supply chain management, you will work closely with logistics, procurement, and quality control departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a diverse warehouse workforce by setting clear goals, offering continuous coaching, and promoting an inclusive, team-oriented culture.
• Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while minimizing errors and delays.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols through regular audits, staff training, and proactive implementation of corrective measures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory management, improve stock accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency using data analysis.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and labor productivity, identifying trends and driving improvement initiatives.
• Manage resource allocation including scheduling shifts and labor planning to maintain flexibility during peak periods.
• Facilitate training and development programs to advance team skills in line with evolving technology and operational standards.
• Champion continuous process improvements aligned with corporate objectives and industry best practices to promote innovation and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards to protect brand reputation and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse management or team leadership within supply chain environments, capable of effectively overseeing complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows, inventory control principles, and contemporary logistics practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and unify team members with diverse backgrounds.
• Detail-focused with robust organizational and problem-solving abilities to quickly address operational challenges.
• Deep commitment to workplace health and safety with proven success in maintaining high safety standards and compliance.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing shifting priorities.
