Full-Time Janitor at ESFM USA in Baton Rouge, LA

Overview

ESFM USA is seeking full-time Janitors to maintain cleanliness and order within facilities. The position is based at the Exxon site located at 4045 Scenic Highway, Baton Rouge, LA 70805. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. Online applications are accepted only.

Primary Duties

• Collect and dispose of trash in line with approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and mop floors using proper techniques.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for thorough cleaning and restore placement afterward.
• Sanitize surfaces and clean assigned areas using designated materials following the eight-step cleaning method.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, and baseboards to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Identify and proactively address areas needing cleaning.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations during all tasks.
• Perform floor maintenance including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, refinishing, and carpet shampooing.
• Demonstrate professionalism and contribute positively to the team and interactions with customers and colleagues.

Experience & Requirements

• Previous janitorial experience is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Schedule

This is a full-time position offering a fixed hourly wage of $13.50, with working hours from Monday to Friday between 5:00 am and 1:30 pm.
