Key Responsibilities

The cook will be responsible for managing assigned kitchen sections, ensuring high standards of modern and innovative cuisine across multiple food styles. Maintaining consistent food quality, excellent presentation, and hygiene compliance are vital components of this position.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional kitchen experience in busy commercial environments.
• Possession of relevant qualifications or trade experience comparable to those standards.
• Ability to work a 5-day week within a 7-day operational roster, including rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, working approximately 38 hours weekly.
• Strong communication skills both spoken and written to coordinate effectively within the team.
• High standards of grooming and professionalism, with pride taken in food presentation and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to team needs with a positive attitude and customer service focus.
