Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an inviting, professional reception that positively impacts visitors and staff.
  • Proactively anticipate needs, quickly resolve issues, and ensure seamless interactions for interviews, executive visits, and new hires.
  • Manage building coordination tasks such as candidate registrations and maintenance communications.
  • Oversee security by controlling entry points, verifying IDs and badges, and processing visitor check-ins through Envoy in compliance with protocols.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and security documentation; report maintenance and safety concerns promptly.
  • Support event logistics by handling registration, badge issuance, NDA processing, and coordinating with the Workplace Experience Team.
  • Organize package and mail handling with efficient logging, storage, and timely delivery.
  • Innovate by integrating AI tools to enhance visitor experiences and operational workflows.
