About Mindrift and the Role
Mindrift seeks a versatile and proficient Graphic Designer to join the Tendem project, whose mission is to enhance data scraping workflows by combining AI and human expertise. This part-time remote position is tailored for creative individuals experienced in visual communication, layout design, and diverse marketing collateral creation.
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, modern layouts and infographics emphasizing clear visual hierarchy for engaging content.
- Create reusable, visually appealing social media templates and impactful one-page documents.
- Refine standard materials using advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful visual composition.
- Convert raw data and ideas into polished, professional visual representations aligned with marketing objectives.
- Ensure design consistency by systematically verifying alignment, color themes, and layout uniformity before delivery.
Requirements
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications.
- Formal education such as a Bachelor's or Master's in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
- Strong command of typography, grid-based layouts, and visual arrangements to enhance materials.
- Proven expertise in creating structured infographics and compelling social media visual templates.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma tools.
- Ability to adapt formatting for diverse outputs including one-pagers and digital templates.
- English language skills at upper-intermediate level (B2) or above.
- Detail-focused, quick-learning, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple visual tasks independently.
- A CV must be submitted in English and include a portfolio link showcasing relevant graphic design work; applications without portfolios will not be reviewed.
Additional Information
- This is project-based freelance work where tasks are assigned based on project activity.
- Work hours are estimated between 10 to 20 hours weekly during active project phases, though workload is not guaranteed.
- Compensation can reach up to $40 per hour depending on experience and task complexity, with variable pay across different projects.
