Job Responsibilities

  • Install and dismantle fountain equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales teams, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for parts and supplies.
  • Keep up-to-date written documentation through digital tools such as Mobilizer.
  • Support service call activities as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license adhering to company fleet policies.
  • Possess or obtain DOT certification and comply with physical requirements.
  • Hold a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL); must be willing to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days if not already held.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment and comply with safety protocols.
  • Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with company standards.
  • Ensure the security and safety of company property.
  • Utilize all company-provided technological tools efficiently.
  • Have at least a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/training up to six months.
  • Be able to attain Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) certification.
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, or adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Capable of using basic hand tools effectively.
  • Provide excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Work collaboratively with all team members across functions.

Physical Demands and Safety

This role requires compliance with CCBCU’s Personal Protective Equipment Program, including the mandatory use of safety-toed shoes during tasks involving industrial equipment, product handling, and cooler services.

The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, crawling, overhead reaching, and physical activities such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs. Exposure to water, noise, chemicals, and weather conditions are occasional or frequent depending on the task.

Work Hours

Regular schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
