Role Overview
In the position of Founders Associate, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and grow front-facing operations. This dynamic role encompasses leadership of customer discovery, execution of go-to-market plans, and closing sales with mid-market distributors. You will serve as a vital link between advanced AI infrastructure and practical industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer discovery efforts and manage sales throughout the full cycle, from first contact to deal closure, focusing on relationships with key distributors.
- Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies by identifying valuable market segments and developing outbound outreach campaigns for scalable growth.
- Engage cross-functionally to address pressing business priorities, including operations coordination, product enhancement feedback, and fostering strategic alliances.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 4 years of experience in fast-paced sectors such as consulting, investment banking, or startup environments, with demonstrable sales success.
- Exhibit a resourceful and analytical approach capable of navigating complex technical landscapes and effectively engaging enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Hold a strong enthusiasm for tangible infrastructure and supply chain challenges, beyond conventional consumer software or SaaS platforms.
