Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position at Harsha Foot Wear's facility involves supporting daily production duties related to footwear manufacturing, quality inspection, and workflow coordination. Key activities include managing materials, monitoring product quality, assisting with documentation, and liaising with supervisors regarding inventory and order statuses. The role demands adherence to safety protocols, maintaining workspace cleanliness and organization, and collaborating effectively with coworkers to meet production goals. It offers a platform to gain hands-on experience in footwear manufacturing and enhance overall operational efficiency and product quality.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail with capability in basic quality checks to uphold product standards.
