Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly invoicing calculations and related supporting documents.
- Consolidate expenses across various categories and perform invoice reconciliations.
- Verify invoices and monitor foreign exchange (FX) variances.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams to resolve pending entries and outstanding items.
- Monitor unbilled costs to ensure timely billing completion.
- Maintain comprehensive status reports, trackers, and process documentation.
- Serve as the primary finance point of contact coordinating with relevant business units.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of recurring finance processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in any specialization.
- Intermediary level qualification in Chartered Accountancy (CA Inter) or semi-qualified.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS functions, and data analysis techniques.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office suite.
- Comprehensive understanding of finance operations such as invoicing, reconciliations, AP/AR/GL coordination, cost aggregation, and variance analysis.
- Strong sense of ownership, analytical mindset with attention to detail and execution-oriented approach.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage deadlines efficiently.
