Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Field Service Technicians to strengthen our team in Larapinta, Queensland. This role offers the opportunity to build a career with a respected organization while gaining hands-on experience with some of the world’s leading forklift equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve both software and hardware issues in advanced Linde Service Group (LSG) equipment.
- Utilize the Linde Service App to receive job allocations and document pertinent information efficiently.
- Perform a range of repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on various equipment across customer sites, prioritizing safety and excellent customer service.
- Maintain effective communication and customer service skills while managing your designated client base.
- Support workshop repairs and assist fellow technicians as necessary.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call roster adhering to company policies and industrial agreements.
- Carry out servicing and repairs on different sizes and models of forklifts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Mechanical background, preferably with experience in forklifts, heavy machinery, or automotive sectors.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is highly advantageous.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards maintenance and servicing work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute valuably to the Linde team.
