Field Sales Executive

Overview

We are urgently seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join Paytm Services Private Limited's dedicated growth team. This position involves direct employment with Paytm and focuses on expanding the merchant network through onboarding of local shops, retail outlets, and various businesses in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

Primary Responsibilities

• Visit and engage with local markets and retail businesses to increase merchant sign-ups.
• Install Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to facilitate digital payments.
• Set up and activate Paytm Soundbox devices at merchant premises.
• Provide training and ongoing support to merchants in the usage of Paytm devices and troubleshoot their issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• Receive a monthly salary ranging between INR 21,000 and INR 45,000.
• Earn attractive weekly and monthly performance-based incentives.

Additional Details

• Employment is on Paytm's payroll with a direct offer letter issued by the company.
• Candidates must possess an Android smartphone and have access to a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) for field mobility.
