Overview
This role involves collecting or purchasing refurbished and used mobile phones through a field collection process based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The employment is full-time with set working hours and a fixed monthly salary plus benefits and incentives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Procure refurbished and second-hand mobile phones through purchase or buy-back activities.
- Operate within the designated job location in Plamoodu, Thiruvananthapuram (Pin code 695001).
Job Schedule and Compensation
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
- Receive a monthly fixed in-hand salary of ₹16,000.
- Eligible for provident fund (PF) and employee state insurance corporation (ESIC) benefits.
- Can earn additional incentives ranging between ₹25 and ₹75.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be aged between 18 and 32 years.
- Minimum 6 months prior experience in sales or collection roles is mandatory.
- Must possess Aadhaar card, PAN card, and bank account details for employment processing.
- Possession of a personal bike and a valid driving license (DL) is required to perform field duties.
