Job description
Role Overview
The Field Collection Executive will be responsible for visiting designated residential or business locations to locate individuals with overdue payments and follow up on pending EMIs or bills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to assigned customer addresses to trace and engage defaulters.
- Retrieve outstanding payments through various modes such as cash, cheque, or mobile payment applications; ensure receipts are properly issued.
- Engage customers with negotiation tactics to encourage payment, clarify penalty structures, and propose suitable installment or settlement options.
- Maintain accurate and timely records including daily visit logs, field notes, and payment statuses utilizing company mobile applications or CRM systems.
- Adhere strictly to legal requirements and company policies, ensuring collection practices avoid any form of harassment or abusive behavior.
