Field Collection Executive

Job Overview

Akasa Finance is seeking a Field Collection Executive to actively engage with customers by visiting them to collect EMI and loan payments. This role involves following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments and maintaining accurate daily records of all collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face visits to customers for timely loan instalment or EMI collections.
• Monitor and pursue accounts that are overdue to recover outstanding payments.
• Maintain organized and detailed daily documentation of all collections made.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to payment collection.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the local area as part of collection duties.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler motorcycle/bike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Open to hiring both fresh graduates and applicants with relevant experience.
