Fettling Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Fettling Technicians to join a well-established company located in Saudi Arabia for a long-term project in the ductile iron pipes and fittings manufacturing sector. This role requires skilled technicians with a background in pipe manufacturing industries to support the production process.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should hold a Diploma or ITI certification with specialization relevant to this field. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in related manufacturing roles in pipe industries is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute fettling tasks ensuring the finishing and quality of ductile iron pipes and fittings.
• Operate manufacturing machinery with proficiency in CNC machining and welding techniques.
• Maintain tools and equipment essential for operation efficiency.
• Inspect quality standards adhering to guidelines including GD&T interpretations.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain workflow and product standards.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Precision measuring and quality inspection skills
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Experience with metal fabrication and machining operations
• Knowledge of tool maintenance and manufacturing processes

Compensation & Benefits
