Overview
This role involves frequent collaboration with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, interview panel members, and HR teams to facilitate recruitment operations. The executive recruiter is responsible for collecting hiring needs, maintaining recruitment status updates, managing candidate pools, organizing interviews, aiding hiring decisions, negotiating offers, and ensuring recruitment goals align with business demands. Expertise in stakeholder relationship management is critical for influencing decisions and fostering a positive recruitment experience.
Key Duties
- Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging elite and diverse executive candidates to assess qualifications.
- Conducting comprehensive interviews to identify candidates suited to specific organizational requirements.
- Serving as a consultant throughout the offer process, delivering expert guidance to hiring managers and negotiating compensation packages with final candidates.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline specifically for executive vacancies.
- Providing advantageous candidate experiences for both selected and non-selected applicants throughout recruitment stages.
- Collaborating closely with HR business partners and senior company leaders.
- Maintaining consistent communication and fostering relationships with all hiring process participants to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Establishing networks with external candidates to develop long-term talent sources.
- Keeping updated with market intelligence relevant to talent acquisition and leveraging networks to expand recruitment reach.
- Leading special projects and influencing leadership communications to resolve complex issues.
- Performing additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Outstanding communication abilities and proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation delivery.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies such as Workday is preferred.
