Role Overview

Azazie invites creative and passionate fashion designers to join their Design team. Opportunities suit both entry-level Assistant Designers and seasoned professionals seeking new challenges. This role involves collaborating to produce stunning apparel that celebrates life's special moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on trends, silhouettes, textiles, colors, trims, and emerging fashion inspirations.
• Develop original designs, sketches, CAD drawings, and technical flats for bridal, bridesmaid, evening, and occasion wear.
• Create detailed technical specification packs and liaise with Product Development and overseas manufacturing partners throughout production.
• Participate in garment fittings, assess construction quality, and provide feedback on fit and design.
• Work collaboratively with Merchandising, Production, Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver successful collections.
• Maintain and update design boards, seasonal inspirations, fabric libraries, and color schemes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Contribute creative concepts aligned with Azazie’s brand while focusing on customer preferences.

Candidate Profile

• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and personal design style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant background in fashion design, preferably in bridal, bridesmaid, evening or formalwear, or women’s apparel.
• Strong abilities in illustration, sketching, CAD, and technical garment design.
• Experience producing tech packs and collaborating with development and manufacturing teams.
• Solid knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabric choice, and trim details.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Team player with enthusiasm for collaborative work environments.
