The aim is to place a highly qualified professional, Matt Squire, who is ready to relocate internationally.

Candidate Profile

Matt Squire brings over a decade of digital media expertise with eight years in senior digital communications and brand strategy roles. He has successfully led multi-sector projects across government, corporate, and tourism industries, founded and managed businesses, and driven measurable outcomes through data-focused branding and audience engagement strategies. His skill set includes strategic communication planning, omnichannel digital marketing, public relations, crisis management, and operational leadership within dynamic contexts.

Key accomplishments comprise managing campaigns that enhanced brand perception and audience reach, reversing negative perceptions significantly within a month, and overseeing complex projects requiring sensitive stakeholder coordination.

Matt is currently based in New Zealand and willing to relocate internationally, prioritizing Europe but also considering Australia or remaining in New Zealand if the opportunity is exceptional.

Engagement Terms

This engagement is open to recruitment firms, companies, or independent consultants for a one-time contract. Multiple applications are encouraged. Compensation is success-based, payable only when the candidate begins employment in the secured role. Proposals should clearly define the fee model and demonstrate flexibility.
