Executive Coach

About the Role

We are working with a boutique financial services advisory firm serving the Middle East and India markets. This high-trust organization values leadership quality as pivotal to client success. The CEO, a seasoned leader with frequent travel between these regions, requires an Executive Coach to provide adaptable, ongoing support tailored to their demanding leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent one-on-one coaching sessions and on-call guidance to the CEO.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner for leadership challenges, decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and enhancing personal effectiveness.
• Assist the CEO in managing complexities arising from operating within two distinct business cultures: Middle East and India.
• Offer support during high-pressure situations such as board meetings, critical transactions, team dynamics, and shifts in strategic direction.
• Provide honest, impartial insights not obtainable from internal organizational sources.
• Monitor progress on development objectives and hold the CEO accountable.
• Travel as needed across Dubai, India, and other client locations to meet the CEO in person.

Qualifications and Experience

• Accredited executive coach with a minimum of eight years experience coaching C-suite or senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, professional services, or advisory sectors to engage in substantive business discussions.
• Experienced in coaching within cross-cultural or international environments, especially familiar with Middle Eastern and South Asian business cultures.
• Proven ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with high-performing leaders under pressure.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, flexible coaching arrangements without a fixed schedule.
• Based in Dubai with willingness to travel regionally.
• Preferred accreditation includes ICF PCC, MCC, or equivalent.

Compensation and Travel

A premium retainer reflecting seniority and engagement scope is offered. All travel expenses are covered.
