Company Overview
Body Centered Leadership is a wellness and energetic healing organization that works with premium clients and mission-focused programs. The team is seeking a highly capable professional who is organized, emotionally steady, proactive, discreet, and comfortable supporting meaningful client-facing work.
Role Summary
This position combines executive assistance with operations coordination. The primary focus will be supporting Dr. John Amaral with private client scheduling, communication, calendar management, follow-ups, invoicing, systems, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
In addition, the role will support Dr. Christina Amaral and the Event Director, Genyana, with event logistics for Body Centered Leadership, including retreats, webinars, participant communication, and occasional operations support tied to Somatic Energy training.
What the Role Involves
- Managing private client calendars, scheduling, and communications for Dr. John Amaral.
- Handling follow-up tasks, invoicing, and administrative organization.
- Supporting systems and operations that keep the business running smoothly.
- Coordinating event logistics for retreats, webinars, and related programs.
- Assisting with participant communication and occasional training operations.
- Working with confidential information carefully and professionally.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant brings at least 3 years of experience in executive support, operations, client services, events, or a related position. Strong comfort with technology and AI tools is important, along with the ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle sensitive information with maturity.
Work Setup and Compensation
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Los Angeles / Westlake Village area. The position is mostly remote, with occasional in-person requirements in Westlake Village and travel for events for about one week each quarter. Pay begins at $80,000 per year, depending on experience and skill, and the role includes PTO.
